The firm’s professional dental brokers provide responsive, highly-personalized service for clients selling or purchasing dental practices, including obtaining practice acquisition financing, locating and negotiating dental lease space and performing practice appraisals.

Led by Paul Maimone, a licensed California Real Estate Broker with more than 17 years experience exclusively in dental practice valuation and brokerage, and 35 years diverse business experience including managing large scale technical projects and successfully marketing business entities, the firm prides itself on maintaining the highest ethical standards.

A graduate of Northeastern University , Paul earned his MBA from Pepperdine University and has been involved in more than 300 practice sales and hundreds of practice valuations. As company founder, he has defined D&M's business philosophy to treat each client as he personally would want to be treated.
